How do I place a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange within the United States, please visit help@pluxos.com

For international orders, please reach out to help@pluxos.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.

We’re sorry it didn’t work out — we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused and in their original carton packaging.
We do not accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Certain bundles or exploratory sets may be final sale, as noted on their product pages.

You’ll be refunded the full item amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.

We charge a standard shipping return fee for the shipping label. Prices vary depending on where you live in the U.S. (prices are standard USPS prices between ~$5.00).

Note: We can only accept returns for orders placed on pluxos.com.
For purchases made through other retailers, please contact them directly.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

In some cases, our customer support team may need 1–2 business days to review your return request.

Once your return is scanned by the shipping carrier, we’ll begin processing it.
Refunds usually appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

 

Missing an item from your order?

Please email help@pluxos.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include a photo of everything you received along with the packaging.
We’ll make sure you get everything you ordered.

 

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please wait 3 business days — sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely.

Also check with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors.
If it still hasn’t shown up, reach out to help@pluxos.com and we’ll help sort it out.
